Common Tasks

- All Durandal app code is written as AMD modules.

- Durandal renders modules with views.

- While modules enable the developer to break a complex app into several simple parts, composition enables them to be stitched back together.

- Consider using a splash to improve user experience.

- View the browser's console window to see Durandal's activity.

- Durandal's composition mechanism can use a transition to animate DOM changes.

- Use Events.includeIn(obj); to add events into any object.

- Use custom Knockout binding handlers to encapsulate view logic.

- The view locator, binder, composition engine and activator all look for callbacks related to their individual functions.

- The router and dialog plugins use activators internally.
